As your Doula, I will provide the following services:

* Three prenatal visits (time allowing): getting to know each other, review questions, discover your birth plan, and focus on your wishes for your birth. Practice comfort measures.

* Phone calls: in between visits, during early labor, or after birth to answer questions or concerns.

* On-call: two weeks before and two weeks after due date, day and night.

* Birth: beginning in active labor, helping to support the birthing mother directly using massage, verbal reinforcement, hydrotherapy, or other comfort techniques agreed on during prenatal visits. Support of the birth partner (if present) to help the birthing mother. Help guide decision-making process while staying true to birth plan as things progress or unexpected things arise.

* Two postpartum visits: answer questions or concerns, and reflect on the birth.
